Frank Alexander (Anthony Builders) has been personally involved in building more than 500 extraordinary European-style, custom homes and thousands of successful residential and commercial renovations in the Greater Lehigh Valley since 1974. Frank is an active member of the Lehigh Valley Builders Association, as President (5 terms), chairperson of the Ethics Committee and member of its Board of Directors. He has served as a Construction Dispute Arbitrator through the LVBA and for private arbitrations.

Charles E. Shoemaker Jr., Esquire (The Law Offices of Charles E. Shoemaker Jr.) is a graduate of Yale Law School (J.D., 1979) and has degrees in Accounting and Economics from Lehigh University. Charles has been engaged in the practice of law for 30 years, concentrating on business, real estate and civil litigation law. In addition, he has served as an Adjunct Professor of Law, owned and operated numerous small businesses, and has been involved in real estate ownership, management and development.
